Cramps in feet and hands

After eating any sour items-pickled vegetables, yoghurt, salads with vinegar, lime juice and beef I get severe painful cramps in my feet and hands. I have been advised to drink a whole glass of water and 4 pillules Nat. Mur. This relieves the pain and cramps. I would like a remedy which would allow me to have a non-restricted diet. Many thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
start with 30C of ARS ALB at 4 hours interval whenever you get the cramps.

take the remedy for some 3 to 4 doses or till the cramps remain. not more than 4 doses anyway.

repeat the doses on recurrance of the cramps or go for a single dose of 200C.

dont restrict your diet.

Thank you. Please advise how many drops of 30C ARS ALB or single dose of 200C? Would this remedy also be helpful for allergy to chocolates to which I am very partial?
Warm regards.

one dose of the remedy will be typically some 3 drops of liquid in some 10 to 15 ml water to be sipped slowly in empty stomach and clean mouth.
