Pain in stomach

I am 49 yrs male. I am having persistent pain in the rightside of my stomach. The pain is specially more during the evening. it is like as if a number of needles are being pricked at the sametime. The afftected area is just below the armpits, near the area where of ribcage and abdomen. there is usually gastric discomfort. pain is not severe, but uncomfortable. especially after diner. but goes away during bed time. a sensation of fullness in the stomach.Sometimes (not daily) stomach puffs up (bloating)and there is irritation allover

Did all scanning, endoscopy. nothing serious except infection and imflamation.

Trying out a number of homeopathic medicines.

Pl advise

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please try LYCOPODIUM 30C some 3 doses a day for 2 to 3 days and then stop.

if you notice some amelioration of symptoms, just wait till the improvement stops and then you can go higher to 200c one dose a day for 3 to 4 days.
