Help, cannot study!

I have decided to get myself some better education, so I can have a better job and a better future.
I have recently started studying and I felt a lot of motivation.
However, slowly I started losing the motivation and it is becoming harder and harder to bring myself to study!
I still have the ambition, but when it comes to daily sitting down to the computer and do the work, I cannot! This is an online course, so there needs to be self-discipline.
I have a deadline, but I am really falling behind!
What I chose are very ambitious studies (chemisty and biology) and I really want to achieve something, but I feel so tired!
Also, the studying itself has been stressing me out and my sleep got really bad. I was dreaming about chemistry and started waking to the noise of neighbors.
So for 2 weeks now I haven't been getting proper sleep.
I have also been making a lot of mistakes in assignments.
I took Arsenicum Album 200 a few days ago, to relieve my anxiety about the noise, which helped a little, but now I still feel drained and apathetic.
Please help!!!

Hi!
Thanks for the advice. Do I need to take both or can I just take one of them?
I also want to say, this seems to be an alternating problem. After I wrote that post I had a few very good and productive days, with good ability to focus. Now it is back again. It seems like I 'burn out' or I also noticed that if I don't start with it soon after I get up and let the day dwindle, then it is harder to start.
So the Bach remedies work on a daily basis or long lasting?
Does anyone have a homeopathic suggestion?

walnut is for adapting oneself to changes. olive is to overcome the feeling of tiredness. you may take both or any depending on the symptoms.

Whenever you have problems take flower remedies. No need to take if there are no problems.

Whenever you have problems with starting up, you should take flower remedy hornbeam.

They will have long lasting effect. The biggest benefit is no side effects, no aggravation of symptoms, no need to antidote, acts profoundly on mind.

Goodluck.
