Need advise for vaginal dryness, burning and irritation

I am 32 years old and I have had 2 vaginal deliveries in the last 3 years. I have been suffering from frequency and urgency of urination for 2 years. It is worsened by extreme vaginal dryness and burning sometimes leading to irritiation of the vulva as well. I also have discharge which is uncomfortable. I have had a vaginal culture which came back negative. I am using vaginal estrogen cream but havent felt much relief. I am taking ayurvedic meds but not much relief either. Intercourse is painful and feels like I am on fire all the time. my vaginal walls might be thinning or something. any advice to easy symptoms will be helpful. I am big on alternative meds so I was attarcted to this forum

Dear Mr Grower, Thank you for your Q's...

I have to say that while I suffer from frequency and urgency, it varies from day to day..there are some good days when I can go 4 hours w/o feeling anything and there are days when I have gone literally every hour after trying to control the urge for some time.

Even after I urinate sometimes I feel I may not have emptied my bladdef although tests have shown I don't have any residual in the bladder after voiding.

The pain and burning is there but I almost want to attribute it to vaginal dryness and irritation. It is not exactly accompanied with urination. Like I mentioned, I feel my vaginal walls and vulva are constantly irritated. although I am 32, my Gynecologist has given me an estrogen creme because she thinks it could be hormone imbalance. the creme provides temporary relief only. Its called premarin.

thanks

1)So can we conlude that there is no pain during urination and if any it is not because of urination .

2)Is burning felt in some other parts of body also like hand feet etc .

3) U have mentioned that it started 2 years ago , did u suffer from any illness which led to this , is there anything that u feel trigerred this .

4)Do u suffer from any other problem which may be not related to the one stated in this thread like excessive sweating , hunger/thirst more than normal , cravings , sleep .

5) How would u descibe yourself , your temperament or anything u find typical to your personality .

I will try to anser your Q's in order
Yes thats correct..doctors have tested repeatedly for UTI and its come back negative..so no burning due to or with urination

I don't feel any buring in any other part of the body

It started with urgency and freqeuncy of urination in feb 2007. The vaginal discomfort and perceived weakening of muscles compromised my ability to control as well as I could before. The only thing I related this to was my vaginal delivery in Oct 2006. I had another child in April 2008 and things have not improved at all

I can't think of anything else except anxiety because of the urgency issue. I do crave sweets off and on

I have started thinking a lot lately..worrying about the quality of my life. I am irritable sometimes. Do you think it might be more helpful to discuss on the phone? not sure if thats an option but I would be willing to.

thank you
