Calf pain only every summer-that means the patient is suffering from heat intolerance.Excess hot weather can cause profuse sweating incase of heat-intolerable person. Some electrolytes Like Na+,Ca++,Cl-etc are lost through sweating.Loss of calcium can cause tetanic spasm around prominent muscles of the body. This may be the cause of calf pain only every summer.Another reason may be the astrological effects upon people.
