Psoriasis/Skin problem/hairfall

Dear Doctors

First of all really glad to see such a nice and active forum and thanks for all the help you are extending to people. Really Appreciable!!

I am Parag , 25 yrs old, Ht - 6 ft, Weight 70 kgs.i am from india presently residing in Dubai

Sir i have red/mehroon colur spots on my hands (dark on biceps), my thighs, my back.I dont hav itching problem but they are increasing in size at time passes. I think its kind psoriasis bcoz then I took treatment 3 years back i.e. ayurvedic treatment for it, doctor told it is protein compatability, well it was in control when i was taking medicines. But when i joined my job job it was difficult to have medicines.But now i have time as i hav changed my job.

can you please wat kind of disease it is ??
wat is the cure??
any doctor i shoud visit in dubai ??

apart i am also loosing my hairs i guess may be because of this skin problem or gdue to lack of nutritious food as i am travelling from last 4-5 years,

will you please suggest me some vitammins, food, medicines i should take to controal it ??

Any help wuold be really appreciable

Tell me that if these spots are on or around neck also. I think that you are suffering from Skin Fungus.Let me know more about your behavior,liking, disliking and personality to suggest treatment.

NO i dont have these spots on or around neck...

well i have these spots from last three year. Actually they were very small 3 years back , but as time is passing thhere size has increased

well behaviour - i had breakup with ma gf few years back n due to family tensions i used to think alot ...but last 1 n half year things are fine and i have recovered well.at that time i used to tak alot of tension of work/studies as well but now i hav stopped

but now i am like all other normal ppl like hangout with frns, spend time with them , drink dine normally , hav lots of fruit/food products,dairy productd also.

i am loosing hair too so can you suggest sum multivitamins also to tak care of them
