Dr. Sameer: Pain in lower abdomen

I have pain in the lower abdomen which has increased over last few months. It aggravates during the later half of the day. Earlier, wind use to pass, now it happens less often and probably that also leads to pain and discomfort. I am also loosing weight for last one month (3 kgs) and over last 6 months it is less by 10 kgs. Stools had been regular but they come with lot of initial pain and in a burst.
I feel very low on energy in second half. There has been stress period for last 1 year or so because of changing office environment. Around Mar-Apr-May i have been doing Taekwondo exercise also to help bust this stress.

I need your help to suggest if there is any possible long lasting treatment in homeopathy.

Best Regards,
Vineet
