ruptured 2 extensor tendons

Hello- 35 year old male with 2 ruptured extensor tendons in left hand (ring and middle fingers). The symptoms started on July 31st, and it looked like a vain was popping out. Pain and swelling on wrist, hand and fingers got wrse over the next several days--then continued. It is sensitive to touch and feels better when wrapped and iced. I've used homeopathy by myself and as directed by homeopath. Want to try and treat this homeopathically before going under the knife. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 3 doses of Hypericum 30c daily at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and report back.

Have followed the directions for the past 3 days with positive results. Thank you for the advise. The worst of the swelling has gone down and the fingers move much better--maybe 60% better.
It still does hurt quite a bit, and when I take the ace badage and wrist splint off, you can see that there is most certainly something wrong- you can see the ruptured tendons. Would you recommend continuing the Hyper 30 or stopping. Thank you again so much.

Dr. Kadwa- Have been taking Ledum Pal 30c for 3 days. The swelling is less in the hand but it hurts along the tear midway down the hand to the wrist-appears very fibrous and dense at the rupture point though. Gets worse if it is bumped or moved the 'wrong' way. Wrist still swolen -- is able to bend maybe only 5 degrees but hurts when doing so. Today orhopedic confirmed a full tendon tear of the middle finger and arthritis in all fingers and wrist. Am a big guy but have 'thin' tendons. Apparently there is cross sections from the ring finger which are still attached which is the only reason the middle moves at all-although it does hurt if moved.

Overall improvement. Now it is more stiff than swollen-although there is still a bit of swelling. Middle finger is still very weak (trigger finger). Pain is better but I cannot extend all 5 figers.

It is not appropriate to be changing remedies so often. It seems that the Hypericum prescription was useful for the patient and should have been pursued, rather than changing to new remedies. There is no reason to swap in and out of prescriptions like this. One patient one state, if there is marked improvement do not change the remedy unless the state changes.

Overall improvement but I think it is healing up. It does feel weak after stressing it.
