Toddler refuses to eat

Hi My daughter is 2.5 yrs old and she weighs around 23 lbs (10 kg) only. She is very skinny and her bones are also very thin. She refuses to eat everything that is being offered to her. If we try to feed her forcefully she vomits. Every time she tries to eat something she vomits. She knows every trick, every way to avoid food. She is also having constipation, dark circle under her eyes. She sucks her thumb at night. Most of the time she is frustrated, seems tired and throws tantrums. Does she have worms or is there any other problem. What should I do?
Pls advice.

And, what about her behaviour with family and people outside ? Please describe any fears she has and also talk about her anger in detail.

Since when did this problem start ?

She is happy with outsiders and very playful with them and she doesnot listen to us (me and my husband or any person who tries to feed her) in front of other people. She gives importance to other people and is very active. In a week period whenever she eats (like once a week only) something she becomes happy otherwise she remains cranky, and frustrated.

She starts crying whenever she sees food around her. This problem started since she was like 1 plus year old.. when we introduced solid food to her. Since then she started loosing weight and interest in the food.

When I mention she eats once a week she just takes plain rice only 2 tea spoonful thats it 3rd spoon will make her vomit . or 1/4 of a small plain bread. Thats it. Doesnot like chocolate, fruits etc.

Please give her Calc.Carb-30 ( 3 drops per dose once a day) for week and report after 2 week.
