Hepatits B

I have chronic hepatitis B which was detected a year ago. PCR detects DNA and ALT levels are above normal (usually 45-55). I took Baraclude 0.5mg/day for one year but wasn't much beneficial. Please tell me what foods or medicines should I take and what to avoid for now to avoid further damage to my liver because I cannot take interferons (2nd option given by my physician) for now due to some financial problems.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 3 drops each of the following medicine in some 20 ml water thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
Carduus Mar Q
Chelidonium Q
Please take 3 pellets each of Natrum Sulph 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours. It can be taken simultaneously with the above medicines.
Depending on your monetary constraints you may not take Carduus Mar Q or Natrum Sulph. But Chelidonium is a must.
You may see how far the treatment has helped after 15 days.
Avoid fried food items and red meat. Vegetable Soups and Fruit juices are helpful. Please have an easily digestible food.
