Breast Lump and breastfeeding

I 34 years old, nursing for 4 and half months, with first baby. I have had a fibroadenoma removed and biopsied in my early 20s. Since then I have had a couple of lumps that seem like fibroadenoma that have resolved in about 3-4 years each. I developed a lump in my left breast in my first trimester, that became filled with milk (seen in ultrasound) and became enlarged (8cm *6cm)soon after I started feeding. Surgeon said he can only work on it after I stop feeding and he suggested 6 months of nursing is adequate. However, I want to nurse for a year. I would like to know if homeopathy can help resolve the lump, so I could feed longer. There is no pain, except one day, it seemed like it enlarged and sore and I was febrile, but I took one dose of hepar sulph and ferrum phos and it became normal. I am not anxious of the lump, but I would like to make a decision on it and if I could prevent the lumps from forming in future, it would be great. I am of average weight (maybe 120 lbs) , complexion and height (5ft, 4 '). I stay home and take care of the baby by myself all day. I am a light sleeper and have sleep problems often. I mostly eat whole wheat bread and organic milk and eggs, some juice, white rice and some lentils these days, have reduced my consumption of vegetables and fruits due to time constraints. Some events trigger anxiety, but I am mostly composed and balanced. I am sensitive to both cold and hot weather, but have not been catching infections often. Please advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please describe the touch-feel and sensation on and around the lumps.

is it harder or movable, painful..

when is the pain or swelling worse and when is it better.

The lump itself is firm and moveable, but not painful. Only one day, the surrounding tissues were sore, maybe because of compression. The swelling seems to be constant in size, again for that one day, I thought it increased in size. In ultrasound, it is full of many sinuses filled with milk, with hardly any tissue in between.

please take SILICEA 1M three doses, each dose 12 hours apart.

that is, morning, evening and next morning.

take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. no food or water one hour before or after.

one dose would be 5 drops in some 10 ml of water.

after about 3 weeks, please report the condition.

I am extremely sorry. I didn't get an email (my oversight, I didn't mark the email me) and assumed no one responded. I will buy the pills and start taking it. Then I will let you know. Thanks so much!

I took the pellets (liquid was not available through this site at 1M)3 weeks back. It seems to me like it reduced in size in the first week of taking it. I will let you know around the end of Jan as to the progress. Thanks for your time, Dr/Mr. Rishimba. I apologize again for not being prompt. I have been slow at getting to everything these days. I had got my periods, after which I became very weak as I had no rest. I had been carrying my heavy baby all the time and was in constant pain. Now I got my periods again, but not that bad since my baby can sit and play by himself for sometime. I am still nursing since my baby won't take solids. The lump doesn't feel heavy and doesn't bother me much now.

Dr. Rishimba, I need your help with something else. We have been having 6 adopted female finches (2 of the birds came last year and were fighting with the other quieter birds). My favorite bird, who was always moody, stopped talking, then developed difficult breathing since then. I was busy and couldn't observe much. But the past month, I see she is eating a lot, pooping a lot (poop and urine looks normal to me)I caught her and saw the lower abdomen is distended, lost all feathers over swelling, skin looks darker there than her sister's who is in perfect health. I feel she became weak from laying too many eggs. She is close with another female bird, but also wants affection from everyone (doesn't get). She is very nice and helpful in nature, but cranky and depressed at times. She used to be very cheerful, curious and loud in past. Swelling has been constant and she breathes through her mouth on flying a little (falls down after flying a little). They are all free to fly within the apartment. She always sits by the window, which has a little mold no matter how much I clean it. She eats a lot of grains. I didn't give them greens for a while, which could have caused some deficiency. The swelling seems like there is fluid inside and I suspect the egg which was not formed correctly could have leaked inside. I have been adding multivitamins for the past 2-3 weeks, and have been giving echinacea tea. She is talking a little and breathes better (still uses her chest muscles to breathe), but not improved much. She is trying to be normal and looks like she is planning to lay more eggs, which I don't want to. I also put some homeopathy pills I had on hand in some water ( can't say if she drank it and it got dirty soon), but I would like to get the right medicine and put in her mouth. I will be going to my parents' home for a long time soon and my husband hasn't much time at home. And she got very stressed out when I caught her and didn't eat much the whole day and slept a lot. So I will be grateful if you can prescribe one or fewer high potency medicine ( I understand if you are not an expert with birds, but any help would be good at this point) She is a very small bird, fatter than the others and at least 4 years old (like middle age). Thanks in advance. Now it is winter here and I can't get her fresh air.

Dr. Rishimba, It has been 3 months since I took Silicea. After the first 2 weeks of taking it when the lump came down in size (about half, I think) there has been no change. Please let me know what to take. Thanks!

exasperatedmom last decade
please take SILICEA 1M once a week for some weeks till the change in size of the lump is felt again.
