Hello Doctor,I am 30 years old. I got married 2.5 years ago but no child till now.Doctor told me Semen Analysis. Report as follows:
Physical Exam:
Volume : 1 ml
Colour : Milk White
Reaction : Alkaline
Microscopic Exam:Normal Value
Total Count : 25 Million/ml
Motile Ist Hour : 25%
Sluggish Ist Hour : 20%
Non Motile Ist Hour : 55%
Pus Cells : 15-25/hpf
What about My Report. I need help. Please tell me the best medicine which Increase Sperm Count and motility.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
No difficulty. First get rid off or reduce the PUS CELLS. For this take CS 6x TDS for one month. After this Use CP+KP+NM for six months.

Please take Calc. Sulph-200 one dose of 5 drops at night and PTK-40 (a combination of Wilmar Schewbe W. Germany) 20 drops per dose thrice a day after meal and report after 4 weeks alongwith semen report.

What is PTK-40.
Its german name is Damiana Pentarkan (Ptk.40) 20 ml and is ment for nervous exhaustion, impotence and also less spermatoza.
Its manufacturers are Dr. Willmar Schwabe Company-Germany. and this product is easily available at good homoeo stores every wahte.

I saw yr replies on ABC homeopathy and really pleased to learn that dr sahab u are doing a great job.GOD bless you.I have to ask u that if a person earlier having low no of sperm counts, which then after taking alopathic medicines increased for some time but then unfortunately started deminishing and at last come to nil,can be treated in homeopathy and what medicine he should take?He is already taking PTK 40 20 drops,any change in drops if u recommend? Regarding the medicine Damiana Pentarkan (PTK No.40). In one of the forum i read as follows:
'The medicine that you are taking can work as a general tonic and its effect will only last till you take it. Once you stop taking the medicine, its efect will wane off. The reason for this is that it does not address the root cause of your problems and does not take your individulaity into account'.
Does this true and please advise so that it helps in this forum to every one.

Alhamdullillah, your case is improving well now it is the time to examine your wife from a good gynaecologist for fertility/conception.
Your recport is yet okay but you should now take the medicines as under :-
Calc. Sulph-1M ( One dose of 5 drops direct on tongue after cleaning mouth at night after every week (total 3/4 weeks only) and
Continue PTK-40 (four times a day instead of 3 times a day. Be sure take this medicine after eating something not empty stomach)
report after one month or after conception which ever is earlier.

I already consult a gynaecologist with my wife. He advised first Ultra Sound that is OK. Then he advised HSG test that became Normal.So everything is normal with my wife. Only the problem is with my sperm count and motility. I will continue these medicines. I want to increase my semen Volume.

My wife is facing some problems. Her Period comes 4 to 8 days late and less bleeding. Last period remains only 2 days. She bears a lot of pain in back, thighs and legs before period with dizziness. Some swelling also around the navel inside and pain. Constipation and guess. Please tell some medicine for her also.
