Panic attacks, Anxiety, Clauster Phobia

Hi, there are 1000s of people suferring from this..I am no exception..

I get Panic attack and Anxiety while taking flights, be it short or long..this is surely going to impact my work as i need to travel regularly. Similary I had for train travel also..now it not there.

I am asthmatic, i get a feeling that my breath will stop...after my first attack in 2007..i travelled few times including twice to Malaysia...in 2008 took very few flights, in 2009 none...now i need to travel regularly again.

My Homeopathy doctor recommended a combition of Mimulus, Aspen and Gelsemium 1M.

Is there a better remedy..other than stop taking flights.

Rgds.
