Dear Dr.Thanks for your suggestion, please tell me generally Netrum Phos 6x available in market as tablet form, so how many tablet & when it will be consumed, also let me know what's the way consume the same whether take with hot water or any other process? also tell the time of consume of Dioscorea 6 . can those medicine recover my stomach problem also? waiting for your valuable feedback.

Natrum Phos 6x is in tablet form. Take 4 tablets, dry on tongue. No water along with it. No food or drink both before and after the medicine for 30 minutes.
Repeat this medicine for twice a day (even thrice a day for the first week, then then twice a day)
Dioscorea 6c is before you go to bed for 3 or 4 days. If not night fall is there, you can safely stop Dioscorea and use only if you get this problem again. However continue Natrum Phos 6x.
Both of these medicines will help your digestion
