all doctors pls help!

i'm a 31 yr old woman. i'm suffering from bad acne for past 17 to 18 years. the acne has spread to back and scalp also. i have taken various allopathic and homeopathic treatments for the same. the boils are big full of pus, painful, itchy, and leaves lots of marks. also, i have hypothyroidism which started 2 years back, after i delivered my son, the delivery was c section, due to low placenta. this was diagonsed owing to loss in weight and pain in knees. currently my reports are fine, after taking thyrox 75mg. i go for yoga classes thrice a week. i'm an active person. offlate i have been getting bad pain in my neck and shoulder, after xray, it came that i have swelling on c3 and c4 vertibraes, now when i move my head often or bad sleeping position, or sudden jerk my head, i get this pain in neck n shoulder which lasts for days, m not taking any medicine for the same. also currently am taking some homeopathic treatment for acne, but its causing more boils. and also i have severe hair loss. i have fine hairs which r thining, i can see my scalp at various places. also i'm lot gassy offlate, m not sure if its caused by my current homeopathic treatment, though i havenot made any changes to my diet. sometimes i get severe headache. which are rare now. also i cant stand for long, movement in lift gives me dizziness, n i get sick in car travel. i dont like too much heat or cold weather. i get irritated fast, also i panic fast about my problems, i get depressed fast, also i think a lot. i have a disturbed sleep pattern, i sleep on my sides, am a little scared of watching horror stuff, as thy lead to nightmares, and then i need a light to sleep. i'm sensitive to criticism. i dont like spicy food as it gives me skin irritation n burning in chest and stomach. i like sweet food and fruits. i have no reactions to any medicine as of now. i hav a callus on my right sole, below the second and third toe. and lots of scars on back and face caused by acne, which gives me complex. please help me asap, my acne and hair fall are my biggest worry.
