Ferrum - Iron - too much Iron in Body

I would appreciate some recommendations from those with some experience working with patients with too much iron. For most of my life I have had too much Iron in my blood. I am vegetarian and never take iron supplementation of any kind. After some genetic testing it was discovered that I have a tenancy towards iron overload. I am a woman. I have heard that homeopathic remedies can either boost or suppress their action in the human body depending on the strength to which they are diluted. I read this about folliculum for ovarian function. That a slightly diluted formula would boost ovarian function and a strongly diluted formula would suppress overactive ovaries. Could this maybe work for me if I want to suppress iron absorbtion in my body? Could I take one of the “Ferrum” preparations? If so which one? And specifically which strength? This is a question on the mind of many with Hemochromatosis and of all the searching I have done I have found many questions – but not suggestions as to a homeopathic treatment. I would be very thankful if someone could suggest a possible homeopathic remedy for those with too much iron in their bodies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The method of giving remedy based on the level of some substance in body is called as tautopathy. It will be better if you could also work out your homeo remedy, before proceeding on the lines of tautopathy.
Please copy the Questionnaire from the following thread

and post all the questions here duly answered. On that basis your remedy may be worked out.

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day (not daily, only one day) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
