male, 23, unmarried working in a bpo
suffering from hypertension for 4-5 months.
High salt intake and high cholesterol
head and ears become hot , pounding heart,palpitations, trouble sleeping at night,fatigue
anxiety and depression
oct 2009
thirst : normal
hunger normal
bowel movement and stool type normal
Dreams; not able to sleep properly so no dreams
i have taken NUX VOMICA I M but it is not helping me
fat and short
no family history of disease
i am very worried please tell me Hypertension can be cured .

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Avoid Coffee, Tea and Tobacco in any form
2. Dont stop any allopathic medicine, esp if you are taking it for critical purpose.
3.Avoid Salt and Fats in your diet.
4.Do some exercise like yoga.
you can be cured if you want.

Take:
1-CARTAEGUS Q 5drops.
2-PASSI FLORA Q 5drops.
3-GLONOINUM 30c 2drops.
Repeat this order every 3hours.
report back after 7 days.
