Dr Kadwa a case of delayed menses

Pls help my sister in law, her symptoms are:
Patient ID: Sex: Female Age: 27

1. Describe your main suffering?

Delayed menstruation – with 10 to 12 months

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Body aches, cramps in the areas legs, feet, hands & behind ribs, heels pain, perspiration offensive & too much, hair falling, hair on face, dry pimples on face, lecorea acidic, elbows & toes feel cold, pain in lower abdomen, heat in vagina, urine too much yellow color with unsatisfaction & a sense of uncontrol, left sided problems mostlyheat in ears, mucus in throat & blocked nose during night, legs feel cold till knees, tongue white coated, front & backside headache, gastric problems with griping


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Too Tired & lazy & weak

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
After the death of my father in 2003


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
At night, as the day progresses towards night so my symptoms, sunshine also aggravate headache

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Standing, walking & less sleep aggravate & rest & sleep ameliorate symptoms


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Menses make symptoms better

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Moderate weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
moody, mild, changeable, nervous, quite, lazy, don’t like to be touched or speak to, irritable, like to be alone, self centered

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Neutral

Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
No

Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Yes

Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Move hands

How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
Love them

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

Fear of sea water, darkness, death, illness, future & dreams about dead people & jins

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave for clay, salty & spicy foods

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive but for cold water

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Sometimes excessive & sometime no hunger

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Cant think of

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
All over even face during eating

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Sometimes constipated & sometimes more than two bowel movents with yellow or orange type stool

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Sleep is restless, sleep on left side only

19. What major diseases are running in your family?
Diabetes, HBP, piles, liver problems

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 3 doses of Natrum Mur 200c at a gap of every 12 hours.

First Dose
morning

Second Dose
after 12 hours
evening

Third Dose
after 12 hours of taking second dose
next day morning

Please report after 20 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Its been 15 days since she took three doses of nat mur 200, her recent symptoms are as follows:
She took some contraceptive pills may be due to their effect she got menses after a long time (8 months)

Now she is having pain in her lower abdomen

She is also having constant headache with eyeballs pain & burning

She often wakes up during midnight (around 2-3 o clock) & have difficult time to sleep & when she does, she doesnot wake up fresh in the morning

She feels too much weakness with numbness & trembling of extremities & pain in knees

Too much gas, acidity & thirst

Hair falling but facial hair increasing

Passes stool after meals

yellow urine

Irritability & boredom of mind

Itchiching of genitals

pls advise

Please give her three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

After giving her nux 200 in one day, from next day she started having severe itching on her genitals & thighs,
she is usually very hungry, chilly as cool air aggravates her frontal headache
she feels drowsy in the morning & likes to lie down mostly
