constipation in new born infant

my 27 days old infant girl has very infrequent bowel movements, once in five or six days. the physiological jaundice which has to be cured generally in two weeks time is still on her which is manifested as yellow colour in her eyes. allopaths say that this is because of her infrequent bowel movement. he ruled out any liver disorder by taking her t3, t4 and TSH level which are found to be normal.which homeopathic medicine, in what potency can i give her to correct her bowel movements? every time she breastfeeds, she urinates. it seems the the frequency of the infant's bowel movements decreased after her mother started consuming a homemade ayurvedic preparation made from garlic, red onion, and some spices. but even after she has stopped consuming it ten days back, the infant's problem continues.
