Recurrant Yeast Infection

Hello, I am a 24 year old female who has been having what seems to be recurrent yeast infections for about four months.

-My symptoms include vaginal itching (a stinging itch on the outside), little to no discharge, and what does come out smells sour, kind of like moldy laundry. My discharge is white but dries yellow.

-I have been tested recently for STDs and the results were negative.

-I do notice that it is worse when I wear underwear, have been sitting for a long period of time, or have been doing a lot of walking/running.

-It does feel better when I air out the area, especially if I let a fan blow on it.

-My life has been quite stressful during this time period as well. Breakup of a long-term relationship, living on my own for the first time, and stressful work environment.

-I have tried everything from garlic pills, monostat, diflucan, Acidophilous pills, eating yogurt, soaking a tampon in yogurt and inserting it vaginally, olive oil, tea tree oil, using baby wipes, steroid cream (doctor prescribed), and I have been on a yeast-free diet that I have not cheated on. However, I do have cravings for carbs and refined sugars (Gatorade, McDonalds, sugary cereals). The several doctors that I've been to cannot seem to find anything wrong, or if they do, they say it's a yeast infection and prescribe diflucan.

-I have been depressed (accompanied with random fits of crying, feelings of hopelessness, feelings of being unworthy), anxious, fatigued during the day and cannot sleep well at night. It is something that is constantly on my mind and has been plaguing me for months.

-I have had a total of four sexual partners in my life, two of which I do not sleep with now but still keep in close contact with. I use condoms 100% of the time with one current partner and the other current partner is tested for STDs every six months. None of my partners have complained of any symptoms and I have not seen anything on them.

-When I was 18 I had an ulcer and irritable bowel syndrome. This occurred at an extremely stressful time in my life as well and completely cleared up when I mentally got better. I have never had a relapse of either.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Natrum Mur 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
