some strange problems

dear doctors,
im 30yrs old man from pakistan, i hv several problems. the biggest problem i have is, im underweight, im 5.10 tall and my wieght is 59kg only which is ashaming.
i'v been masturbating since the age of 13 or 14. i hv been taking normal and healthy diet, so had no problem at all till the age of 25 even i did masturbate a lot.
now my problems are i'm suffering from sleepless nights, underwieght about which im really worry, at the age of 30 i look 20, weakness is a major problem, im still masturbating and when i stop masturbating for a week or so i feel like im missing some important work then i again masturbate. sometimes i dont feel weakness after masturbate but sometimes i feel weakness a lot. my appetite is abnormal. when i feel happy or sad, my appetite fly away. when i sleep, i sleep more than 8 hrs and when i awake, i awake and awake for 2 nights constantly. i dont feel any headache or backbone pain. but sorrow is around everywhere. my nature im very cool but when im in anger i become a beast but from inside, coz i dont show my anger to anyone. i do smoke 10 to 15 cigrette daily. i dont drink alchohal. my skin is thin and body is a bit muscular as i have no fats but muscular fleshs. specially my chest and back are flat with no fleshs. i do feel pain in my stomach specially in summer after every meal.but stools are normal, i can't get up fresh after sleep. i have no pimples or acne but a pale whitish skin, like there is no blood in my body. thirst is normal, i drink 8 to 10 glass daily but feel a lot of dryness in my mouth and on face. my hair are normal not falling, eyesight is normal. but,i feel lack of confidence sometimes and over confident sometimes. this contradiction in thoughts and mind changes when i eat proper 3 time food. but in routine i can't take breakfast coz i dont feel hunger in the morning if i awake early 6am to 7am, and sometimes i dont take lunch, but wish for drinks and juices like banana shake all the time. when i walk i feel fresh and feel like i got more energy but my face tells me there is no patient of anemia like me on the earth, specially after walk or hardwork.

i think i have write my symptoms in detail. i want to live a happy life with normal weight and a normal routine. want to sleep and get up like a normal person.
can any doctor help me plz????
im really worried about my future as im at the stage of life when i need to do something for my carrier and married life.
