depression...pls help

Hi ,

I am 31 years old male.from age of 18 i have stomach problems.first it started with constipation. i took lot of ayurvedic and allopathic medicines for that.
then the problem of constipation has solved but other problems like indigestion,pain in the stomach,mouth ulcer,gas,not feeling hungry were there.still these issus are there.I used to go to gym and used to do meditation and all.The real problem started 1 year back.I was staying alone as a batchelor.I am working in the animation field.creative field.I have lot of stress.One day night i had to think about a concept of a animation.I used my full energy to think that.That night suddently in the sleep i felt sudden jerk in my body.Like my heart got stoped.I got up and my heart started to beat fast.and my body started to trumble.I felt breathless feeling.I thought I am going to die.My body was cold like any thing.I could'nt count my pulse.Then i went to hospital and my bp was 170110.and I have high cholesterol.Doctors told that was a panic attack.and they told me to take Bp tablets and medicines for lipds.They gave me serta 25 tablets.I took serta25 for about 3 months and i stoped that.
Now bp is in control and for cholesterol i am taking baba ramdevs divya hridayamruth tablets from last week.
The problem is depression now.
I am getting severe depression and suecidal tentancies.In office I can not attened meatings as my body starts trembling and my hand and legs will become cold like ice.I am a team lead. I have to take classes and I have to meat my superiors.that time my heart starts to beat fast and my body trembles.Its like fear.I get hot flashes through my body.I feel cold that time.I dont feel hungry and I have gas truble.I do exercises and pranayams also.I could't sleep in the night.I took homeopathic medicines for the complaints and it gave me a good result.last 3 months i was taking these medicines.It was not compleatly cured but positive results were there.I asked for the prescriptions and doctor didn't give me.

Now that doctor went for a leave to home town for last 2 months and i am not taking that medicines.
the symptoms came back along with cold ,and feel like alergy to dust.
daily in the morning i feel very tired.fell like conjestion in my nose.
in office i feel very depressed.
night iam getting lot of bad dreames.
stomach is totally gone. NO APPETITE . mouth ulcer.

I am taking allopathic medicine for BP(Zabesta 2.5)and Divya hridayamrith,Udaramrith,for cholesterol.

please tell me good homeopathic medicine for depression.Tell me good Homeopathic doctor in pune who will givw me prescreption of the medicines.

Dear Kuttan,
1)take arg nit 200c 4 pills 3 times a day for 1 day only.

2) day 2 ,start ,ASPEN + MIMMULUS (B.F.R), 4pills from each 3 times a day for 15 days.

3)KALI PHOS 6X, 5 tabs 3 times a day for 15 days.

post back after 15 days.

I am looking forward for suggestion from more doctors....any one please...My real problem is I cant face the public.If more people are around me and they are asking some question to me I start to be more conscious.Body starts to sweat.And feel cold ..Body trembles.My sound goes down...some part of my lips start to shiver..so i don't attend most of the public functions.
I am very very lean..

Dear kuttan ,Homeopathic medicines have no side effects & even after you stop these medicines you will surely be in good state of mind .

you may wait for other doctors' suggestions if you wish.

Hi doctor abhishek,

I took the medicines for 15 days and after I stop that now my condition worsened.when I was taking that medicine no effect was there and now my depression increased. I feel vomiting sensation all the time,feeling no hungry,suicidal thoughts and hopelessness in life.I am going to resign my job and going to native place back as I think I cant stay in pune alone.when I am alone my depression increases.Please help me..

Below is part of a blog which I have written. Since pasting links is not allowed here, I had to copy/paste a part of my blog here.

2. BECAUSE YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING, YOU HAVE THE 'AWARENESS' TO 'WATCH' YOUR TOUGHTS
3. BECAUSE YOU CAN WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS, YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO REACT/NOT REACT TO THEM.
4. WHEN YOU DO NOT REACT TO THEM, YOUR THOUGHTS GO AWAY, BECAUSE OF THE 'LAW OF IMPERMANENCE'

These 4 points are in fact very powerful, although they might seem very simple to read.
This will be a very lengthy article if I explain about what the 4 points mean.

For now, we need to take care of your depression. So here is what you need to know and do.
Before you read further, please not that you will have a zillion questions in your head, when you are reading this. But just keep them in a part of your mind or write them down somewer. I will answer them later. First, have faith in me, and just read the below ...

Human beings are composed of 3 attributes

1. Mind
2. Body
3.Consciousness/awareness

Mind : Thoughts :: Body : sensations.

Meaning, just as your'senses' originate on your body, thoughts originate from your mind.

Thoughts are what make up an individual. A single thought can make your life, or it can break your life.
How ? I will explain in subsequent artciles.

First, let us do an exercise, to start getting you out of depression.
In case your face is strained/crying/sad etc etc due to depression, just make it calm. Just sit straight and make a straight face. Done ? Now start watching your thoughts. Watch them for a minute, then again for a minute.
Read further only after you have done this 2 mins exercise.

Now what happened ? How did you not make a sad face for these 2 minutes ? Where was your depression for these 2 minutes ? Now again, by the time you are reading these lines, you might have again made a sad face and your depression must have overtaken you. What you are witnessing right now is that your mind that is in depression, and not you.
But then, obvious question is , 'If I am not my mind, then who am I ?' You are a combination of mind, body and consciousness. This 'consciousness' thing is what this entire universe is about. But more on it later.

For now, just do a few things to get out of depression.

1. Start watching your thoughts. Watch them as an observer/ a witness.

2. Dont just sit idle the entire day and keep watching your thoughts. Keep yourself busy in anything.
Work is the fodder for the mind. So just do some work. It may be as small as just going to your workplace, and just reading your work emails, or just sitting and interacting with people there, or just do nothing at your workplace. Go and drink cofee, sit at your desk, roam around. But dont sit idle.
If you are unemployed/student, then just clean up your room.
While doing point 2, tell yourself intermittently, 'I am going to get out of depression. I dont know when, but I am going to get out of depression.'
Now beware, you need to say these lines to yourself in a calm tone only. Not in a tone in which you are fighting with yourself. This is very dangerous. When you fight with your negative thoughts, they become stronger !
Now keep doing point 2 for 10 days at least. And see whether your depression is gone, or how much % is it reduced. In case you are already on medication, do not stop taking them. You can stop them when your medicine course is over which will obviously be told to you by your psychiatrist.
If your depression is gone/has been reduced, you will obviously be happy. But dont keep telling yourself with admiration, that 'I have cured depression myself' . This will boost your 'ego' and is path to destruction. What is this ego' ? I will tell later. Just be calm and carry on with your life. Well , then what cured your depression. Answer = your consciouness.
What this consciouness is, I will write about in subsequent artciles.
For now, buy the below books online as soon as possible

1. 'The Unshaken Mind' by Sir Shree
2. 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle.

Read these books in the order which I have mentioned above.
