Please Help!!!

Hi, I have had a lot of problems all over my body for the past few years!before I didn't have much problem! Doctors have done many many tests and I have been in many treatments both medical and natural (herbs and homeopathy) but so far nothing has helped me!
my symptoms are:
female 44 years old
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, IBS and Herpes
-whole body swelling and inflammation
-lots of weight gain (25 pounds)
-lots of cellulite
-conversation in my mind
-forget names
-some nose itching specially after eating on empty stomach or after emptying my stomach
-little face itching and ear itching
-burning sensation on tip of tongue (red, sore and inflammed)
-few small bumps and something-like varicose veins inside the cheeks (kind of white color)
- burning sensation in stomach, inflammation and sore, stomach burning and acidic but no gerd
-stomach very very large and bloated all time, never goes done, worse after eating
-belching all day
-pain on the upper left abdomen (I feel like belching comes from where the pain is in my stomach!)
-constipation (must take fiber and stool softner and enzyme every day)
-inflammation and burning sensation genitals (first Dr thought it was because of herpes but herpes medicine did not help the burning, redness and inflammation in genitals at all)
At the natural pharmacy herbalist told me something is causing heart-fire (heart-heat) in my body!
food like berries, melon, citrus fruits make me feel better, foods like seeds and nuts, pepper, raw onion and alcohol make me feel worse and bring more fire to my body (I am avoiding ofcourse)
please help me and tell me what to take, thank you in advance
ps. I took a lot of different hebs and homeopathy in the past few years, none were good, but Arsenicum made me feel very bad (worse than before), I took Arsenicum 30C 2 pills 3x day for 3 days (6 monthsago) and I felt worse, the pain on my stomach was worse and I looked much older after taking it for 3 days
