This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Often poor posture may be the cause for your pain.
If you could practice good posture, you can be free from pain.

When working at a computer for any length of time, be sure that your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle and that your lower back is well supported by a correctly adjusted chair.

Take regular work breaks.(micro breaks).

When your eyes are tired after spending too much time in front of a computer screen, you can try Palming.(covering your eyes with your palms for a minute).
------------------------------
You can apply Arnica cream on the painful areas.
Homeopathic internal medicines can help you.
Kindly give more details about your complaints.
what is the type of pain?
When is the pain worse?
what increases or eases the pain?
Is the pain better for warm or cold compress?
Do you have any other health problems?
