ear problem

hi,
please help me out i am 23 yrs old male i got dns(deviated nasal septum)since birth. this problem started approximately 5 months back i was in an area covered by sea so it was very humid and days were hot so i had lots of cold drinks and i was all the time moving in and out to hot and cold temp i mean from a/c to outside. i stayed there for 2 days and then took a flight to another city i landing at night and had a good sleep the other morning when i woke up my LEFT ear was blocked i had a feeling of something filled in inside my ear and the ear drum felt like it was sucked in so kept on trying to pop my ear and when i spoke to somebody i hear my voice echo in the left ear but the echo wasnt clear i was not at my home so i avoided visiting any doctor i stayed in that city for nearly 1 and a half month and this cloginess feeling remained for a month then later the day this feeling subsided a noise started in my ear like a very small whistle being blown from inside and it is still there after 1 and a half month i came back home and i avoided the problem for nearly 2 months more as i was busy in work study and family matters
then i talked to a friend he told me to take lycopodium 1M
for a week or so didnt help then i took causticum 1M for a week or so which again didnt help so finally i decided to consult an ENT doctor i went to this guy and said the same story the guy didnt make any efforts to investigate or go for any tests and directly gave me allopathic medcines for tinnitus and cold allergy with nasal spray and told to take steam i took them for 10 days as prescribed by the doctor which didnt help so after 10 days he changed the medicines without investigation again for 10 days i took them this time the cloggy feeling again started with this tinnitus or may be whistle sound and the worst part was i felt the whistle sound has started in my right ear too. so i immediately stopped it and call up a homeopath doctor he prescribed dulcamara 200 once a day i started it and i felt may be it was helping but i was confused so i took it 3 times a day but no corrective response until now
i had a audiometry test done which was fine but i cant recognize cricket insect sound from left ear because of this tinnitus i am actually confused if my hearing is impaired sometimes i recognize but its hard to do so
i have thick mucus every morning and i am prone to cold too i am a frequent flyer and even now sometimes i have the feeling of ear drum sucked in

pleaseeeeeee help me out i cant stay with this noise i am fed up now a days i stay in tension thinking of my ear all the time and i am only taking dulcamara 200 now a days

Stop taking all the remedies including Dulcamara 200c. Do not take Arsenic Album 200c too right now. Please answer the following questions in details.

* When and how can you hear best?

* When is your hearing poorest?

* How far from the left ear can you hear a watch tick?

* Is your hearing getting better or worse?

* Can you hear better in a noise, on the cars, or riding?

* Is the hearing poor for the human voice or other noises or sounds?

* Have you too acute hearing?

* Do sounds hurt the ear or feel unpleasant?

* Have you any noises in the ear?

* State minutely what the noise is like. Give the sensation in your own language to express it.

No matter how simple, or even ludicrous, it is necessary to give it.

It may be like a mouse or bug crawling ; like wind blowing into the ears or eyes ; as if someone was pulling a hair ; as of a blow on the back ; as if the heart was grasped by an iron hand ; as if claws were grasping the bowel ; as of a splinter in the throat or flesh ; like a string or thread on the tongue or in the throat ; as if a joint were dislocated ; as of a band or cord around the head ; as though you had a cap on or hat ; as of a plug in the ear or in some other place.

These are merely illustrations; a few that have occurred to other persons, and are given that you may understand what is meant by sensations. Always give the location as well as the sensation.

* How does your own voice sound to you?

* Is there any pain on Ear?

> Give the exact location of pain; right side or left side; make this location as minute as you can.

> State whether the pain remains in one place, or whether it changes places; if moving or changing place state just how, and to what place it goes.

> Always mention the place where it starts and then where it goes, and how it goes.

> State how the pain makes you feel; the effect on you; how you act during the pain?

> Is there anything, any act, any position, any part of the day or night, application of cold or warm water, or dry heat or cold, any change in the weather, cold or warm air, or any other circumstance that causes the pain to be easier or worse, or removes it entirely?

> Is there any change in the appearance or feeling of the skin, flesh or bone after the pain leaves?

> What is your general feeling after the pain leaves?

> How does the pain come, quickly or slowly?

> Anything that seems to bring it on?

> How does the pain leave, quickly or slowly?

> What seems to cause it to leave?

> What kind of pain is it?

> What does it seem like to your feeling or imagination?

> This is very important as there are various kinds of pain, such as cutting, boring, digging, bruised, sore, aching, biting, burning, cramp-like, dull, drawing, gnawing, jerking, labor-like, oppressive, paralytic, piercing, pinching, pressing, pricking, pulsative, stitching, shooting, tearing, violent, wandering (changing place), as from ulceration, as from excoriation or a raw place.

> Express the sensation of pain in your own language-just as it feels to you.

> How much of the time do you have the pain?

> When is it likely to come on?

> When are you likely to be free from it?

> Is there any sore, eruption or swelling at the seat of the pain?

> Any change in the color of the place or in the usual appearance of the skin?

> Mention anything else about the pain that occurs to you, especially anything that appears to be unusual or singular.
