bells palsy
I have been suffering with Bell';s Palsy for over a year. I'm 74 years old. My right side is partly paralyzed and at times have trouble speaking. I have high blood pressure and have night sweats. I'm a vegetarian, but have high cholesterol and triglycerides. Can some one help me?dino1736 on 2010-09-13

It seems such a pity that you posted your case on the ABC so long after you were paralyzed as the chances are that my therapy could have helped you if only you had done so immediately after you were hospitalized.

You can read the record of Robert Ray who had been suffering for some 8 years and suddenly discovered that he was much improved in just 5 days on my therapy.
Your case is similar but more difficult to treat and I hope that you too will respond in a similar manner.
In your case I shall also add Ferr Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken 3 times daily. This remedy will increase the oxygenation of your blood which hopefully will help you better. It will also help your Bells Palsy.
I shall copy below the therapy I prescribed to Robert which hopefully will also help you. I am doing so as it will save me a lot of time as your case is similar as I already mentioned above.

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken 3 times daily will help your Cardiovascular ailments including Stroke, Hypertension, Pain and also your Cholesterol and Triglycerides of which you did not make any mention. I note with pleasure that you are not using any drugs to control your Hypertension.
Arnica will help to improve the circulation of your blood in a few days and will ensure that the after effects of your stroke are hopefully overcome. It would have been better if you had posted your message shortly after your stroke as the Arnica would have helped you better.
You must drink plenty of liquids, at least 3 ltrs daily and continue with your exercise routine preferably with Physiotherapy added. Do not eat large meals and avoid all fats. If you have any problems with your digestion like heartburn after meals please post them and I shall prescribe a remedy that will help.
If you do not experience any relief from your pain level I shall prescribe another remedy for it but the chances are that Arnica will help from Day 2.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

Thanks for your response. Actually, the diagnosis was Bell';s Palsy, not a stroke, and I was never hospitalized. I started the symptoms in Nov 09 and has been bothering every since. It's at it's end and the main problem is my speech is sometimes not natural. My eyes do continue to tear at times and hurt a little. It's on my right side.

You now inquire 4 days later whether you should take Bell 30 prescribed by maheeru or Arnica which I prescribed which I did with reference to 2 posts.
I can see that you are not serious about being cured and withdraw from your case as it is obvious that I am only wasting my time in trying to help you.

The recommended medicine for right sided Bells Palsy is ...Causticum to be taken one dose in 1M potency only then wait for result.
After 48 hours you can start with Arnica as suggested by Joe. As Arnica is a polycrest of great value for a number of ailments. Arnica has the capacity to improve blood circulation where ever the body is experiencing sluggish circulation.
The two meds together should benefit you a lot.

I receive Arnica Montana and Causticum today. The Arnica was came in a bottle with eye dropper. I don't know where to order the 5ml Ethonal pack. Do I need it with the Arnica Montana that I received?

Yes...just take one dose in the morning on empty stomach....after rinsing your mouth with water.
Brushing teeth, morning tea etc only 45 minutes after taking the dose.
No garlic, no coffee, no use of perfumes , no alcohol etc for two weeks.

You have to take only one dose of Causticum 1M...no repetition at all. (Only on one day...no more).
Then wait to see response of the body and mind.

Hello Mr. Verma,
I took your advise and took Causticum 1M dose (4 very tiny pellets) and so far the has not been any improvement with my Bell';s Palsy. Just one time! I also started Arnica 30 yesterday. My symptons are not that critical now as it was when I first was diagnosed over a year and a halp ago. Put my right eye sometimes closes on it's own. I can close it whenever I want. I guess it could be worse. Also, my speech at times is faulty. Any more suggestions, Mr. Verma?

Pls. take Causticum 30c...three times a day...for one week.
This problem of yours has been there for some years. Will have to repeat the med so that benefit shows up. Meanwhile 1M potency dose take by you ...will keep working internally for 2 weeks or so.

Sir, my age is 22 ,i had bells palsy(right side) around 10 years back and all possible test were prescribed by the doctors to know the cause like MRI,ear but all were normal.
I was medicated with steroids and was cured around 70%.

till now i m not fully cure and feel the tightness of muscles and around the neck and face, i got tears when i eat something, still the effects are visible when i smile.plz suggest some remedy for me or do i have to live with this life long. thanx
