High Uric Acid & Prostate Problem
1. I am 37 years and have high uric acid levels of 7.82. Suffered from Prostate Infection and now doctors say it is chronic and you will have to take medicine for life long like Alfoo 10, Veltam 0.2
3. Have Pains in Knees, top & sides
4. Urine passes in forked stream or like shower
5. Taken various antibiotics in past but symptoms come back after stopping medicines
6. Also, Taken various homeopathic medicines like Thuja, Staphysagria for prostate but no relief.

Sorry, I missed to mention that I am currently taking Urtica Urens and found some relief in knee pains but no relief in urinary symptoms.

Try Cantharis 3x, 5 drops in lukewarm water every fourth hour,
also take Berberis Pentarkan tabs ,2 each thrice daily for three months.

Berberis Pentarkan is a readymade tab produced by Willmar Schwabe and is easily available in India.
Yes ,you can take Cantharis 30 and keep the dosage same as adviced.

Will start taking above medicines from tomorrow itself and post progress.
Just to add, my symptoms does not include any burning , pain etc during urination, it's just forked & split stream sometimes and also some dribbling afterwards. Infact, one or two drops remain and cannot be expelled, which comes out afterwards.

Dear Dr.
I started Cantharis 3x from yesterday and started Berberis Pentarkan from today itself.
You have mentioned duration for Berberis Pentarkan as 3 months but nothing about Cahtharis.
Please advice for how long I should continue taking catharis 3x at an interval of four hours?
I have learnt from someone that Cantharis can be very poisonous in more quantities. Please give your expert advice.

You should continue all the three medicines ie,Urtica urens,Cantharis 3x and Berberis Pentarkan for 3 months as adviced.
Please get your pathological tests repeated after 3 months.
Please take these medicines as adviced and dont worry,none of them are poisonous or have any adverse effects.

My urine tests are normal and no bacteria is tested positive and doctors said that the problem is inside the prostate gland and thus, urine culture might come normal.
So in that case even after 3 months , nothing will come in pathological tests. I am more concerned about my scanty, forked , dribbling urine symptoms. Please advice your expert opinion.
Also, very important, since Yesterday, my Gum on right side is swollen and I am experiencing severe tooth ache , un-tolerable. Pain killers doing little for 2 -3 hours.
I may have to go for antibiotics and pain killers. pain is severe, seems no option to me !

Your tooth problem is most likely gingivitis and you can take this remedy, hecla-lava 3x, 3doses per day for 5 days.
Its in a powdered form so have a little lukewarm water after taking it.
This is an exclusive remedy for tooth ache and allied problems and you will have spontaneous results.
You can continue taking the antibiotics but give a gap of half an hour to one hour between the medicines.
Please continue all the other medicines too .

Dear Doctor,
Pls advice how to take Berberis Pentarkan, it's not sweet like other homeopathic medicines, it's slightly bitter.
Is this also to be allowed to dissolved in mouth like other homeopathic pills or it can be taken with water ? Pls advice.

Dear Doctor,
To update on my progress, I felt little relief in urine flow initially but now after 11 days of regular medicine, my symptoms got reversed since last 2 days.
My urine stream is too poor and also the quantity is less, especially at nights and also dark colour urine.
I am also feeling some slight dull pain on sides in the loin area.
Please advice !

There are many prostate remedy like selenium, pulsatilla, conium, arnica, sabal serullata etc. But taking wrong remedy could do aggravation and it is difficult to select appropriate remedy. But I think, Arnica is the safer than any other remedy. You can take Arnica-30 one dose per two day and report every changes.
