This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Any medicine with 30c after the name is not a mother tincture, but is a medium strength homoeopathic medicine.

Although it many practitioners prescribe multiple remedies, it is not considered standard homoeopathic practice and does have risks involved. Each medicine can have side effects, and so the more medicines you take at once the more risk of multiple side-effects, which can create quite a mess.

There are certain situations where prescribing more than one remedy at once seems somewhat suitable - this is most common in very serious life-threatening pathology like cancer. There are protocols for doing this however, and typically most cases do not need it under the supervision of a skilled prescriber.

Frankly, you should not be self-prescribing anyway. Find a practitioner who can guide you. It is much more effective when done in person, but if desperate at least find someone online to supervise treatment.
