my name is muhammad and i have a obstructive azoospermia,intercourse duration and other every thing is o.k. but any time i made semen analysis it become zero.i made biopsy also but it will come o.k.four years to my married life.plz advise me if there is any treatment

hello dr sb.my family history is ok sir. all of my relative have their children. even my real sister also have two babies.only one of my uncle dont have any baby after ten years of married life.but thetre tests are o.k/ may be any other reason.
i visit many doctors and all who examine me physically they reply me that i am o.k.also i made FNA
and it become o.k.alls opinion that i have obstructive azoospermia.
