Dr. Kadwa, Hypothyroidism case - Request Help

Hi,

I am 29 year old male. I started experiencing hair fall and sleeplessness since 2 years and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Since then I have been on thyronorm 100mcg. My TSH is 7.3 (0.25 - 5), T3 is 1.18 (0.92-2.33) and T4 is 76.1 (60-120). Sleeplessness continues to be a problem. Please advise if there are any supplements i can take or any other remedies to treat the sleeplessness. Hairfall still continues and I feel very tired and sleepy even after waking up.

Thanks!

calc carb, lyc and sulphur are very deep acting medicines and your homeopath is giving you remedies in the right way. So you should follow what your homeopath says. Homeo remedies are not the subtitute for physical and breathing exercises.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Thank you for the breathing exercises doctor. I shall practice them.

I have only taken sulphur 200 about 15 days back. The rest were taken about 8 months back. My thyroid levels are back to normal and I have been out of touch with my doctor due to relocation from my base location to another city. Request help for treating the hypothyroidism.

Thanks
