Recently Divorced
Hi,I am a 24yr old female living in Australia. I have recently seperated with my husband after i found out he was cheating on me. I did not ask him to leave, i gave him a 2nd chance but he said working it out would be too hard.
Currently i feel lost, angry, used, and i am bordering on depression. I know thee are appropriate feelings to have but i am not sleeping and my work is suffering as i am not focussed etc. I can not afford to give up work or take time off as i am paying a mortgage on my own.
I am after some help with dealing with these emotions in a healthy way and being able to still function well. Curretnly i am blocking out all feeling and thought so i can cope. This has in turned caused a huge drop in my heart rate (from 85bpm resting to less that 60 bpm resting) and possibly my blood pressure.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
