I have not had much success reversing male pattern baldness UNLESS it is in the very early stages and the person is relatively young. However it may be possible to stop the hair falling any further - sometimes even in older gentleman I see that. Generally speaking, I do not see great results in this condition, even when the patient's health is improved in all other ways. Most of my balding male patients, when it is genetic, seem to stay that way.
I also do not prescribe medicines on the basis of the name of the condition - I always do detailed case-taking involving all aspects of a person's health, to find a single medicine that matches. The goal is to identify the chronic disease of which the baldness is a small part.
I do not know if that is the kind of treatment you are looking for. I also could not promise a result.
