Hi

Please take three doses of Nat mur 200 separated by 3 hours each on a SINGLE day. Remember, it is just three doses on a single day and no repitition after that.

Put 2 pills/drops of the remedy in 120 ml of water...stir slowly and allow the pills to dissolve.
One teaspoon from the solution is one dose.

Throw away the solution after you have had the three doses.

Let me know of the changes in 7 days.

Regards,
Niel
