Thinning hair and easily blush-Help!!

I'm new to the forum and am fairly new to homeopathic medicine as well. Please tell me what additional info you might need:

I'm a 43-year-old woman.
Blonde hair and fair skin/blue eyes. I'm a very mental person. I think about things way too much. Very active mind. Slender, athletic build. Intense person and lately seem to become angered or frustrated easily. When I'm at my best, I'm pretty calm.

For the past year, my hair has gradually started thinning to a point in which it seems about half of it's original thickness.

Also..I blush very easily, which used to happen to me as a child...but had become better as an adult. Mainly happens in situations in which I'm with someone I'm not totally comfortable with. Situations in which I'm speaking in front of others. Sitting face-to-face with another...such as someone I'm attracted to or someone I'm not totally at ease with. Symptoms are worse after drinking alcohol or eating/drinking something warm. Worse in afternoons and evening. Much better in mornings to a point in which it sometimes doesn't occur at all. Sometimes my entire face just glows red and sometimes it almost feels like a red rash-like feeling that creeps across my cheeks, chin, neck and chest. Sometimes it just becomes red blotches.

Interesting also to note that I get so sleepy in the afternoons, I must take a short nap to be able to make it rest of the day. I sleep very well at night. I wear lots of layers when I sleep because I feel so cold all the time.

I live in the pacific NW with a chilly, damp climate much of the year. I'm much better in summer but symptoms still occurs.

Also..my hands and feet seems to stay cold much of the time and that also worsens in afternoon and evening. Better in morning. I generally feel cold a lot even though I'm dealing with my face getting hot and red.

Also..my eyes are red much of the time with no other eye problems.

Also..very stiff muscles especially in neck and back area.

Can anyone offer me some help?

Thank you and I hope I posted this info correctly in terms of rules here.
