febrile fits
my ten month old baby girl lately developed febrile fits when she had a sudden bout of high fever. though i gave her cina 1M and bell 1M her high fever and seizure were not controlled. so i had to use allopathic injections.they say that regular use of hydrocotale asiatica [gotu kola] is beneficial for preventing epileptic conditions. can i give my child three or four drops of hydrocotale tincture mixed in ten ML water twice daily for one or two months to avoid future seizures? since homeopathic tinctures contain alcohol, is there any harm in giving tinctures to small children generally and in epileptic conditions particularly for a long period?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1M is too high a potency for 10 months baby.
In addition to any other medicine you choose to give, consider giving Artemisia Vul 200, once a week
children's diseases are frequently due to bad effects of vaccination. Stay away from it till fits get cured. To counter the already given vaccination, give Thuja 30, one dose, for 3 or 4 days

I was concerned to read that your 10 month old baby developed a febrile fit for which she was given some injection.
I am surprised that your doctors did not instruct you to reduce her fever by sponging her with water in which there are a few cubes of ice or by placing an ice bag on her head if she will permit it.
Sponging with ice water is the easiest solution but if this is not possible the child can be held in the wash basin or in a baby bath and sponged with the cold water. The idea is to keep the temperature under control before she develops a fit.
Time is of essence and immediate action must be taken by the parents as soon as the baby feels unusually hot to anticipate and prevent the fit.

Joe,
Thank you for giving your valuable input. It is all about reducing temperature as you pointed out. Hope the child got well now and should not need any medicine.

Vaccination seems to clog the elimination system and the body's response to such a state results in several diseases. The effect is seen after hours, days, weeks or even months based on how slowly it clogs and the body's reaction to it.
Thuja clears the elimination system and gives the body opportunity to recover
With what our respected Joe said, is very true. Reducing the fever is the main goal. Thuja is a preventive for future.
