This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Forgot to mention my medical history. I have the following problems:

1. Anxiety neurosis since my childhood.
Three members of the family have anxiety disorder including me. I had phobia of traveling alone. This was after I got dizziness ( I was nervous at that time) when traveling by train, after that I feared of going outside alone. Currently I am okay with this phobia, but still fear of traveling alone to long distances. My anxiety increases when public speaking. I am having sweaty palms and soles all the time. This prevents me to shake-hands and aggravates my anxiety, also trouble with meeting new people.
2.I am experiencing knee cap itching. I frequently get cold.
3. I have sinusitis and tonsillitis frequently, psoriasis-like rash on my left tibia, blurry vision after emission, post-void dribbling, chronic dandruff, and itching on scrotum (have Fordyce's spot).
