terrible alleries and pregnant

Hello, I have had severe allergies since I was a child.mine are not the typical kind with watery,itchy eyes,coughing,sneezing ect.Mine first begins to back up into my head,making it feel like my head is heavy and huge and hurting immensely.Then it drains out my throat causing it to get infected.this is sometimes accompainied by sneezing and runny nose.Right now I am 8 weeks pregnant.usually I just have trouble when the seasons change sometimes.but they bother me the whole time I'm ever pregnant.causing mynose to stuff and make me snore at night also.I do not want to take traditional drugs or over the counter medicine.I use to take benadryl and sudafed.those two combos seemed like the only thing thatwould clear it up for me.Please help!?
