What is the ideal dose for different potencies?
Hi, I have heard that 30 potency is the safest and so on, so what is the ideal (general) duration for a 30 potency remedy , I have heard that they are taken thrice a day. so how long can they be taken SAFELY for chronic cases, and also read that 200 potencies are given once or twice and given a weeks time to check the progress after the desirable effect how often are they taken and how much gap (if any) is observed. If possible also clear about the duration of other potencies.samur420 on 2011-01-12
