4 year old girl with Staph- which remedy?

Hi, my daughter is 4 1/2. unvaccinated... we believe a typical phosphorus personality. prone to eczema-like rashes and allergies. She keeps developing small scabs on the palms of her hands and in the creases of her fingers. I have her avoid soap and antibacterial hand cleaners at school, but the problem has persisted somewhat. A few of the scabs have now developed an offensive smell. the most concerning is on her middle finger.. it is swollen, with tiny blisters. the skin is starting to peel away in a small spot. I am watching very closely, so far it is not spreading, and her hand is not hot. I am currently treating with saline and Puracyn (oxygenated water)applied to the skin, but I would like to give her a remedy do deal with it internally as well.
