Osteoma of forehead

Hello,
I have an osteoma on my forehead, which started to grow 5 years ago. Within the past year 2 smaller round bumps have begun to grow. There is no pain and no reddening of the surrounding skin. The osteoma is now starting to get quite noticeable (for past 6 months) and it would be good to try to reduce it if possible. My mother and sister both have osteomas on their foreheads so it seems we have a genetic tendency towards them. Would anyone have any advice regarding an appropriate remedy and frequency of use as well as the length of time it might take for any change to take place, if that is even possible, please? Many thanks in advance
