please help emergency!!!

my 90 year old grandmother had a aortic dissection. it made a 4cm tear at the top and blood went into the false luman all the way to her pelvis.The Drs say its a miricle that shes still alive. They give her 2 months. She is home on blood pressure meds and pain meds. She is stable except Her brain is out of sync with her body. Her brain craves food and she will even get up and make it and she will take one bite and it will be either too sweet,salty and the flavers are soooo strong to her that she just cant eat. She is loosing weight and getting weaker and weaker because of this.. How can I get her appitite back?? Please someone help! Shes been this way for a month now..

Please give her nux vomica 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see how that affects in the next few days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I apologise for not reported back We had a ton of family come out to see her.. I talked to the hospice nurse about what was going on and they looked at the CT scan and it showed that her loss of appitite is due to ischemic bowel disease that was due to the tear and she has lack of bloodflow to her bowls intermitinly. I dont know if that changes your choice in remedies..
