TB of the bone?

I have had two operations on my left foot in the last six months. It started with inflamation on my foot (both above and below near the last three toes) and the doctor found a free floating bag of fluid and decided to remove it. My wound healed well until the very last when some pus like fluid stppoed the healing and the wound didnt close. A month later, I again had inflamation this time on the top of my left foot (below the toes area) which after some time became concentrated under the third toe with a kind of hard round thing protruding at that spot. (Both times the inflamation area was very warm to touch and red/flushed). I did not have fever the first time, but the second time, I had fever for four days and nausea for a short time before the second operation was done. This time, the incision was made at the top, till the tendon, and a drain for four days, and followup care involved a wick inserted everyday until the wound healed. As with the first time, it went all well and the last two days of healing, the wick was not put in, and there was a natural opening of the wound at the bottom and pus came out. In one night, the pus affected the wound at the top too.

The doctors say that my blood reports, culture tests and even the TB test (done on the culture sample from the pus removed from the "abcess" in the seond operation) are all negative. However, now there is a suggestion to do a bone biopsy to test for TB of the bone. Please help as I have had this problem now going on since the end of august 2003 and I am tired of having all these tests and scans done and my foot poked around.

Can homeopathy help in diagnosing the problem? Is it TB that I have? What is your suggestion? Are there precautions that I must take that my family is not exposed to infection?

May I also add that I learnt last night that my father had also been treated for TB (lower spine) without having his lungs affected by TB when he was around 40 years old. I am 32 years (female) old now.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As far as the diagnosis of the problem is concerned the investigations do not vary under different systems of Medicine. Only one test i.e. bone biopsy for Tuberculosis needs to be done in your case and upon which a proper remedy can be suggested so that the wound heals and you do not suffer from recurrent abscess at the site.

To Dr Venugopal Gowri

You may remember that about 10 years ago I was in contact with you about the treatment of Hemophilia.

Since that time I have treated a few patients and I thought that you may be interested to read about my current therapy which has proved to help Hemophiliacs. I have passed this information to a few Hemophiliacs in Pune and in Pondicherry who are currently using my therapy with success.

I have listed my therapy on my Website and you are invited to visit it on:
