travelling abroad with Homeopathic remedies

Hi All,

I have read various conflicting opinions on how to travel abroad with Homeopathic remedies.

Is it necessary to avoid having the remedies placed through the X Ray machines at airports? I have up to date travelled with them in my hand luggage and carried a letter from my physician requesting that they are not put through.

Should they never be carried in your suitcase either?

If so, why or why not?

Many opinions are most welcomed for this discussion.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Everyone dose have very different views but when i traveled i just put them in my big luggage in the middle incase x-rayed and they did work after!

Thanks Anna - that's good to know!

Could anyone ellaborate on this with a scientific explanation as to why it's safe for the remedies to be put through xray machines and not have them destroyed or otherwise?

Best wishes

To give you a scientific explaination you would need to first start with one for what our remedies contain and how they work - and we do not yet have that. We only have theories.

Since we do not know what exactly is in the remedy that produces cure, it is difficult to say *why* x-rays do not harm them, but I can also say I have never seen x-rayed homoeopathic medicines stop working.

would you be able to provide me with any links, documentation, or titles of books/ authors that I can read about regarding this?

I have been getting homeopathic treatment for almost 3 years now and really would love to know and understand more.

I have started reading about homeopathy and have a strong passion to keep learning. Posology is something I would love to understand better and the theories regarding homeopathy and the periodic table as well as a better understanding of miasms. I have only just started. Learning but I know the love and curiosity I have for homeopathy is something I will have with me for life. There are always so many questions...

Kindest Regards
