increased eyeball pressure

my wife is of 50 yrs myopic having detached ratina in both eyes. One left eye was operated and with buccle retina is now attached after operation.In Right eye retina attached with laser. Presently left eye has little vision and only right eye has workable vision. Eye ball pressure in 2001 at the time of operation was 18 mm of Hg in both eye. In 2002 at the time of 2nd operation for catract removal in right eye was 17 mm of Hg in right and 19 mm of Hg in left eye. In 2007 eye ball pressre was 21 and 19 mm of Hg. presenly it is 22 in left eye 20 in right eye. please suggest the homeo remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ferrum Phos 6x and Kali Mur 6x - 3 tablets each, given together (bio Chemic medicine), two or 3 times a day, will help detached retina.

Two other medicines need to be supplemented:

Colocynth 30, twice a day to relieve pressure. This need to be continued for 2 to 4 weeks till permanent relief is noticed.

Please write after this and I will suggest the follow up medicine needed.
