Anyone know where i can buy Non Lactose doses?

The lactade is beginning to cause me problems.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is an easier way to deal with the problem.

Use more dilution. Are you currently diluting the pillules into water or taking them straight into the mouth?

Thanks for your reply. I put two tabs under the tongue 3 times a day. No dilution except for the wet dose that I believe is in alcohol?

I had an ice cream cone the other day and it caused me severe diarrhea, and my bowl is starting to give me more discomfort than normal. I know it must be the lactose in the remedies I am taking.

I thought I read somewhere that you can get remedies that are lactose free...is that correct?

You should not be using the pillules straight under the tongue anyway.

Dilue 1 pillule in a full cup (250ml) of water, stir thoroughly and take a single teaspoon into the mouth.

If this is still too much lactose in the water, take that teaspoon and put it into a second cup of water, stirring and taking 1 teaspoon of that into the mouth.

This is actually a fairly standard way for me to give my remedies to all patients. It is one of the advanced methods of dosage described by the founder of homoeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann.
