Chronic Epididymitis in Left Testicle please help

Main symptoms are mild tenderness of left testis, pain just above the scrotum in the spermatic cord maybe even vas deference. Pain radiates to the lower left part of abdomen (groin). No hernia was found. Urine culture became negative. No fever. Pain is more notable when doing certain movements. Testis/scrotum are not painful to tact.
PLEASE HELP ASAP
