Hi kbrao,
Please try to understand that homoeopathy does not work this way. Only one remedy at a time unless the remedies are in the same group and symptoms call for it.
Please do as you please as I have no problem with that.

Dear Dr. Nawazkhan ji,
Please don't misunderstand me. I was just telling you what happened till now and requesting for your advice what have to be done.
Since you asked 'For how long has she been taking Arnica 30C?', I responded with first point.
You adviced to continue Nat Phos 6x for one more week when I mentioned that my mother is having gas pains and informed her of your advice.
Please don't mind.
I will ask her to stop everything and start taking Colocynthis 200C as you advised. I will keep you posted on this after 3 days.

Hi Dr. Nawazkhan,
My mom is feeling new symptoms after first dose.
She took the Colocynthis 200C as indicated by you yesterday at 7pm. After half an hour she felt mild pains in the left leg ankle region (front side). At around 2am in the early morning, her both leg ankle regions swollen and severly paining. She described her pain like 'if nerve is knotted and pressed heavily'. Her face also swollen. She couldn't sleep and suffering from pain, getting headache and eyes burning.
Symptoms at this time (3PM IST):
Her face became almost normal. Her new pains (at leg ankles) came down. Pain at right leg ankle is not there and pain at left leg ankle came down and swelling also came down when compared with yesterday (2am).
Her eyes are NOT burning now, became normal and headache also came down.
Her old pain (whole left leg paining and can't stand or walk more than a few mins, for which you prescibed the medicine) also came down a bit (little bit). So, I can say she is improving a bit with new symptoms.
Currently, I asked her to stop the medicine till we get advice from you. She has taken only one dose.
One more thing which I missed to inform you last time: She feels more pain in the night and can't sleep on back as she feels more pain. She is currently sleeping on right side. Sometimes, her both the legs will shake automatically (like leg cramps) and during this time, she has to go to toilet for clearing her bowel movements. It happens when she feels more pain or legs shaking in the night time. She went to toilet yesterday when her both leg ankles are severly paining at 2am.
[Would you like to consider the dose in another way like mixing 3 drops of medicine in 400ml of water and taking only one capful as dose? as she feels a bit of improvement in her old symptoms but with new symptoms mentioned as above and she is fearing more since she got new symptoms like leg ankles paining, but now they are coming down. I explained her that it will not be harmful as these new symptoms are started coming down.]
Please advice on what to do next.

We must wait a couple of days without any remedy. She already has a lot of medicines in her system.

Thank you Dear Dr. Nawazkhan. I will ask her not to take anything till tomorrow (she didn't take medicine today) and get back to you on Saturday.
Just reminding: 'She has taken only one dose of Colocynthis 200C yesterday at 7am. (you prescribed twice a day for 3 days)'

Indeed, we are praying that your mom gets well soon not depending on medicines anymore.
Please repeat Colocynthis 200C, one more dose and post her condition tomorrow.
