Breathing problem

I had a surgery for sinus 2 yrs back and problem is almost resolved. But from last few days, I am again having breathing problem. My left nose is always dry and feel blocked. There is nothing to clean but I think it is again obstructed and begining to create the sinus problem again. Please recommend some medicine on this.
