This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you explain what precisely you wish to convey with your message?
I shall copy information from Wikipedia on Cellulite below:
Cellulite is a topographic skin change claimed to occur in most postpubertal females.[1] It presents as a modification of skin topography evident by skin dimpling and nodularity that occurs mainly in women on the pelvic region, lower limbs, and abdomen, and is caused by the herniation of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue, leading to a padded or orange peel–like appearance.[2] Cellulite is a description rather than a physical object.[3] The term was first used in the 1920s, and began appearing in English language publications in the late 1960s, with the earliest reference in Vogue magazine, 'Like a swift migrating fish, the word cellulite has suddenly crossed the Atlantic.'[4] Its existence as a real disorder has been questioned,[5] and the prevailing medical opinion is that it is merely the 'normal condition of many women'.[6] One cosmetic company has noted its historical place in industrialised societies as an 'inappropriate term used by women to describe curves which they judge to be too plump and not very aesthetic'.[7]
Synonyms include: adiposis edematosa, dermopanniculosis deformans, status protrusus cutis, and gynoid lipodystrophy. Descriptive names for cellulite include orange peel syndrome, and cottage cheese skin.
I do not think that there is any Homeopathic remedy that can help reduce Cellulite which is the accumulation of fatty tissue under the skin which usually occurs in females around 40 years of age.
Are you confusing Cellulite with the disease Cellulitis ?
You may like to know that I have treated a few patients who presented this disease. I cannot cure it as this involves a stay in hospital where antibiotics are liberally used to treat the infection but it is very strange that medicine does not have any means of preventing Cellulites returning back to the patient which it does usually within about a year and each attack is more virulent that the last.
I have proved that my therapy prevents any future attacks and you can read about my therapy under Cellulitis on my website:

Cellulite is a common symptom, just like headache or rash or diarrhea or period pain. You cannot choose a remedy on the basis of the name of the pathology, it must be defined more fully to be able to match it to a remedy.

Exercise is the best way to deal with that. None of my patients, even on the simillimum, will lose any kind of unhealthy fat tissue without exercise and possible dieting.
Cellulite is just fat, plain old fat. Women tend to develop fat cells with a different kind of connective tissue, a sort of honeycomb structure. This causes the fat to appear dimpled, whereas men have horizontal or criss-crossed structures. Women will also notice this more in their 30s and onwards as the skin becomes thinner.
There is no homoeopathic cure for fat. While good treatment can raise your metabolism, and your motivation, it won't just get rid of it magically.
