This looks very much like you need the remedy Psorinum. Are you able to aquire either Psorinum 30c or Psorinum 0/1?

Please answer my question. Did you take the Psorinum again when the symptoms returned, or have you only taken it once?

Psorinium 200 daily is too much. That is a lot of any remedy to take. Aquire Psorinum 1M, in liquid form.
If you take a remedy for long periods of time, it may suppress your condition, which will make it harder to cure in the long run. You need to stop taking remedies this way.
By my estimation you took around 60 doses of Psorinum 200. That should have cured you, not have it return again later on, unless something was done to aggravate your health (new treatments, surgery, anesthetic, some kind of traumatic accident).
You must move to 1M to confirm if the remedy is correct or not. Only 1 dose should be taken initially.
